okay, fine…you caught us. we didn't actually go to new york this weekend.

isaac and i were starving after we finished filming our love story this weekend, so we stayed in salt lake to grab a bite to eat. usually when we eat in salt lake we stick to our usual spots, pf changs and settebello for dessert (mint cookies and cream gelato-yeah, we're regulars).

but we were feeling adventurous and decided to try something new! which is a huge deal, because we're those people that try all the flavors of froyo thinking we're going to get something new for once, but end up with the same cake batter with reeses every single time.

anyways...

liv from willivia posted about her favorite slc eats a couple weeks ago, so i went back to her post to find somethin' yummy! and boy did we find somethin' yummy!

big apple pizzeria is heaven on earth

the crust was the best i've ever had in my life and it is the cutest little pizzeria. such a fun date night and isaac and i couldn't stop raving about the pizza. if you ever find yourself in salt lake city (or just utah in general!), big apple pizzeria is totally worth the drive.

uh-mazing.
