Post-Workout Blueberry Protein Shake

I posted this picture on my instagram last week and I got a couple requests for the recipe! It is super simple and very yummy. I love coming home from the gym and making this shake, because it is so refreshing! Also, it's cool is that? I don't use exact measurements every time, so I'm estimating, but here it is!

Post-Workout Blurberry Protein Shake

3/4 cup Milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup frozen bluberries
5-7 frozen strawberries

Blend it all together and ta-da! While you're blending it, if it seems too thick, add more milk; if it seems too thin, add more frozen strawberries/blueberries. You know the drill!

  2. This looks amazing and I'm trying it ASAP. I go to a fitness class 3x a week and they used to give us protein shakes after we finished, but they don't anymore so I haven't had a protein shake in weeks. Probably why I'm so sore all the time. Hahaha now I just need to run to the store and pick up blueberries.
